The original Boston Tea Party was a result of taxation without representation by England.  This year Tax Day Tea Party is a result of many grassroots republican supporters pissed off about Obama’s excessive spending and taxation policies.  The party is to happen on the same day as the tax filing deadline of April 15th.  I chose to write about this story because there is so much bipartisan arguing going on that I don’t even know who to believe anymore.  I do know that I am contemplating becoming rich as the new tax laws won’t really benefit me anymore.  Either way, I see myself scrambling to file on that day, not sipping tea
