The Spring is here and I wanted to talk a little about a place I go to every year when the weather is nice. Cape Cod is a wonderful peninsula in Massachusetts that is also a popular summer vacation spot. Miles of beaches, mini-golf courses, and boating are a few activities that make it a good time. There are some hidden gems on the Cape.
Lodging is always tough because houses are expensive and there are limited hotels. If you are on a budget, you will want to stay at the Ramada in Hyannis, or the Knights Inn in Bourne. If you do not care about money, I would suggest getting a beach side house in Orleans or Chatham as their waters are the best. Stay on the south side of the Cape for warmer water. The Sea Crest in Falmouth is a cool beach side resort with bars and much more. If you are looking for a nice dinner, try going to Tomatoes in historic Sandwich for a great Italian dinner.
