I grew up in a great neighborhood where families partied, walked their kids, and hung out constantly. Over the years, we grew up as a unit and split up as well. Several families left but the nucleus remained. The fact of the story is that not many people are as lucky to trust your neighbors. Halloween is a scary time for kids and for parents. Kids are scared that they will get colored popcorn balls. Parents are scared people will get their kids. Their are some sick people out there so make sure your kids are supervised and their stash is checked prior to consumption.
